Leaving a relationship after experiencing family and domestic violence is a costly exercise – especially with the current housing affordability crisis.
YWCA Australia’s family and domestic violence programs and services can help you find safety and support. This support can include:
- Personalised support plans
- Safety planning
- Safety measures and security upgrades to homes so women, gender diverse people and their families can remain safe
- Counselling
- Referrals to other local support services, including crisis accommodation
- Case management
- Support with police and legal proceedings
