You’ll work closely with our management team to align our people practices with our purpose and values. Your responsibilities will include:People and Culture support to client groups, partnering with leaders to provide expert advice on recruitment, performance, development, and employee engagementManage performance, complaints, and grievances matters with empathy and expertise, ensuring fair and timely resolutions.Lead and manage exciting HR projects, advancing our positive and inclusive cultureFoster a constructive workplace culture, champion our values, and promote employee engagement and well-being.Ensure that our HR policies and practices are up-to-date, compliant, and reflective of best practicesWho You AreWe are looking for a motivated and experienced professional who is enthusiastic about advancing gender equality and fostering a positive workplace culture. You will have:Demonstrated experience in People & Culture roles, with a strong understanding of employee relations, performance management, and P&C processes.Proven ability to provide strategic guidance and support to leaders on a range of matters.A solid understanding of relevant legislation and Awards with the ability to provide clear and accurate advice.Experience in managing organisational change initiatives and communicating effectively with stakeholders.Proficiency in using people metrics and analytics to inform decision-making and improve processes.Experience in managing and contributing to P&C projects, with skills in preparing reports and business cases.Demonstrated passion for Women’s Rights, social change and contributing to an organisation that advocates for equality through influencing and pushing boundaries Successful candidates will need to complete the following pre-employment requirements:National Criminal History CheckValid State-Based Working with Children PermitDon’t meet every single requirement? What You'll Do

As our People and Culture Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in driving our people initiatives and fostering a supportive, innovative, and inclusive work environment. Who You Are

We are looking for a motivated and experienced professional who is enthusiastic about advancing gender equality and fostering a positive workplace culture. You will have:

  • Demonstrated experience in People & Culture roles, with a strong understanding of employee relations, performance management, and P&C processes.
