This is a permanent part time role with 20 hours per week offered.The role is essential in maintaining resident tenancies by:maintaining tenancy systemsundertaking data collectionproviding advice and information to residentsvisiting all residents on a quarterly basisABOUT YOUThe ideal applicant will have:Experience in the community housing sector, or property related industry ensuring familiarity with tenancy management practices and procedures, RTA legislation, maintenance, tenancy agreements, budget and administrative processes in an office environmentA clear understanding of the state Residential Tenancies ActAn awareness, understanding and sensitivity to homelessness issues and the ability and experience to communicate with a diversity of people from various culturesThis position will require the applicant to satisfactorily meet our pre-employment requirements.  This includes:Completion of a national criminal history checkA valid relevant state-based working with children permit.Don’t meet every single requirement? ABOUT THIS ROLE

ABOUT YOU

The ideal applicant will have:
