Salary: SCHADS Award Level 2.1 ($33.41 per hour base rate) + Not for Profit Salary Packaging Benefits

What You'll Do
 
YWCA Australia is currently seeking a passionate Operations Administration Officer to join our Medical Accommodation Team.
The role is responsible for a variety of administrative and support tasks within the program including:
  • Assisting the Team Leader with rostering, financial administrative tasks, reporting, inspections and asset/maintenance systems
  • Assisting the Accommodation Team with bookings, enquiries and event organisation
  • Assisting the Kitchen Team with administrative support and food service relief when required
  • Assisting the Housekeeping Team with task scheduling and relief duties when required

Who You Are

The ideal applicant will have:

  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role including administration and maintenance schedules
  • Knowledge of the Hotel Accommodation sector, including reservation bookings and handling a cash float
  • Ability to comply with infection control policies and procedures in accordance with current guidelines and policy and procedures
  • Hold or be able to attain a Certificate in Food Safety and online training for food allergies and allergens
  • Hold or be able to attain First Aid certificate with CPR

Successful candidates will need to complete the following pre-employment requirements:

  • National Criminal History Check
  • Valid State-Based Working with Children Permit
