This application form is designed to assist in pairing mentors with mentees by considering your likes, interests, experiences and background. Please share as much detail as you can.

Travel

Our Program services young women in the Illawarra (Wollongong and Shellharbour regions). Mentors are required to pick up the mentee from their house, drive them to the planned outing, and then drop them home. Travel distance is a highly regarded consideration during the pairing process. Mentors would not be paired with a mentee who lives more than 45mins drive away from their home location (unless previously discussed)

Some mentors are willing to travel more than 45mins. This can often reduce the waiting times for incoming mentors to be paired. Would you be willing to travel more than 45 minutes to collect your mentee?

Availability

Outings take place largely on weekends. Weeknight outings may take place periodically with special consideration of the activity, mentee age and special circumstances.
